Makaira Figueroa

Hello! My name is Makaira Figueroa. Acting has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and over the past three years I have discovered that it is truly my passion. During that time, I have worked as a background performer, gaining valuable experience on professional film and television sets. Being on set and observing talented actors and crew members at work has only strengthened my desire to pursue acting as a career. I love collaborating with others, meeting new people, and being part of a creative environment. From a young age, storytelling, imagination, and performance came naturally to me, even before I fully understood what acting was. My first experience on a professional set was a defining moment—I was inspired by the people around me and felt an immediate connection to the industry. Watching professional actors bring characters to life showed me exactly what I want to do, and it motivated me to work hard toward achieving that goal. I am excited to continue learning, growing, and gaining experience as I pursue opportunities in the performing arts.
