Gina De Bosschere

Gina De Bosschère, known by her stage name, GinaDeBoss, is a 16-year-old singer, songwriter, dancer, and model of French and Korean heritage, based in Los Angeles. Having grown up across France, Korea, India, Canada, and America, she is fluent in both Korean and English, with intermediate French. Beyond speaking it, she can sing and rap in Korean — making her a strong fit for any role calling for natural Korean-language dialogue and musical performance. Gina's training runs straight through the heart of the K-pop system. From October 2021 to August 2023, she trained as a full-time JYP Entertainment trainee in Seoul — one of Korea's top idol companies — receiving elite instruction in vocals, dance, performance, and stage presence. Right after turning 13, she was selected for A2K, the reality survival audition series co-produced by JYP Entertainment and Republic Records, where she was one of the youngest contestants to advance all the way to the final episode (Ep. 22). Gina has continued her K-pop and hip-hop training in both Seoul and Los Angeles, working with choreographers associated with K-pop groups such as X:IN and ifeye, as well as renowned LA choreographer Guy Groove. She has also co-written K-pop and pop songs with producers from the United States, the United Kingdom, Korea, and Italy, including Matt Wong, Jason Pennock, Frequency, and Taylor Wilzbach while continuing vocal training in both Seoul and Los Angeles. Gina pairs a perfectionist's drive and fierce ambition with genuine warmth. Off-camera, she is a devoted animal lover who volunteered more than 100 hours at a surgical veterinary clinic in 2024, rescued 3 kittens, adopted 2, re-homed 1, and has worked with rescued horses, including those saved from kill pens and retired racehorses. That contrast—confident and commanding under the spotlight, yet compassionate and empathetic behind the scenes—is reflected in the emotional depth she brings to both the stage and screen. On July 10–12, 2026, as the Miss Teen Ventura County titleholder, Gina will compete in the Teen division at Miss California USA. This summer, she will also attend Harvard University's Pre-College Program, taking a class in Social Media Law. Gina balances a remarkably multifaceted schedule — academics, music, and dance alongside her hobbies of drumming and horseback riding and her volunteer work caring for animals — with discipline, curiosity and determination. Under the artist name GinaDeBoss, she will release her debut dance-pop single, “Amnesia,” and music video in June 2026.
