Ben Janssen

Ben Janssen was born in Eckernförde, Germany. During his early childhood, he lived in Kuwait, where his father taught at a German school, before returning to Germany during the Gulf War. After graduating from high school in Konstanz, he gained his first professional stage experience at the Municipal Theatre of Konstanz. He graduated from the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart in 2013 and began his professional career at the Landestheater Tübingen. He later joined the Württembergische Landesbühne Esslingen under the artistic direction of Friedrich Schirmer. Since 2022, Janssen has been a permanent ensemble member at the Stadttheater Gießen. Alongside his extensive theatre work, he has appeared in numerous film and television productions and has lent his voice to video games and dubbing projects.
