Leonardo DiCaprio is getting bashed by the American Lung Association.
Leonardo DiCaprio may have won a SAG award, but he’s lost respect from the American Lung Association for his e-cigarette display at the ceremony.
The actor was sitting at a table Saturday during the awards presentation, smoking a vape pen.
While it is illegal to smoke vape pens in Los Angeles’ restaurants, bars, and other public places, but interesting, the prohibition does not apply to “theatrical production sites,” according to TMZ.
Watching Leonardo DiCaprio vape in the middle of an award show was the best part of my weekend pic.twitter.com/hNBlZL7Ude

I assume, the Shrine Auditorium, where the SAG awards were held, qualifies as a tehatrical production site.
Anyways, the American Lung Association is now calling Leonardo DiCaprio out, calling his conduct “deeply troubling.” The association notes vape pens expose others to secondhand dangers such as cancer.
While the American Lung Association is upset with Dicaprio, many fans took to Twitter to support DiCaprio for smoking an e-cigarette:
Can y’all let Leonardo DiCaprio vape in peace like he also doesn’t do mountains of coke on the weekend

So Leonardo DiCaprio is allowed to vape at the SAG awards yet it’s “frowned upon” at my niece’s recital? What gives?!
