Job Description
A production team is casting actors for a proof-of-concept short film centered around an emotional coming-of-age story about love, ambition, and personal growth. The project explores the complexities of a long-distance relationship through cinematic storytelling and introspective performances. Casting directors are currently accepting self-tape submissions for lead roles in this independent short film production.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform scripted scenes for the short film production
  • Participate in self-tape auditions and potential callbacks

Miguel

  • Male actor in his mid-to-late 20s
  • Observant, introspective, and emotionally expressive presence
  • Able to portray a passionate filmmaker struggling with emotional distance and ambition

Andrea

  • Female actor in her mid-to-late 20s
  • Warm, compassionate, and emotionally nuanced performance style
  • Able to portray a grounded nurse navigating personal growth and changing relationships
  • Prior acting experience preferred but not required
  • Must be comfortable with dramatic and emotionally driven scenes
  • Self-tape submission required for consideration
