Mya Iannuzzi

As a passionate storyteller, I bring ideas to life through filmmaking, social media, and prop making. For my debut film, The Bug Hotel, I had hands-on experience in all mediums including puppetry, 2D animation using Unity, and stop motion. Building custom puppets and sets, I was able to use both traditional and resourceful materials. This film has been accepted into multiple film festivals including the Orem Film Festival in Utah. I have grown multiple brands' social media presence including the virtual reality show, Formuoli's Drag Race, that I was the Executive Producer of. This has gained 650 subscribers on YouTube, and 32k total views. Also through my Instagram, @givemetheformuoli.3, I have gained 19,000 followers in less than 5 years, with the most viewed reel being 3.1 million views. Through this experience I am comfortable recognizing trends before they happen, and understand the strategy when it comes to posting and growing an audience. Graduating from Rider University with a Bachelor's degree in Film, I have over 9 years of editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects. From editing my own personal brand, Mya Creates, to editing for medical brands I understand many different styles and formats that I can easily adapt to. In 2024, I had the amazing opportunity to be a contestant in MrBeast's reality competition series, Beast Games. Later that same year I had the opportunity to be an extra in Happy Gilmore 2, which premiered on Netflix. These experiences strengthened my understanding of how fast-paced, large-scale productions operate and collaborate.
