A summer promotional campaign for a well-known energy drink brand is now hiring a local Field Manager in the Hamptons area. The production and experiential marketing team is seeking an organized and experienced professional to oversee daily campaign operations throughout the summer season.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in experiential marketing, promotions, event staffing, or brand ambassador management who thrive in fast-paced live event environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage staff and oversee daily campaign execution
- Coordinate product inventory and event logistics
- Supervise promotional activities during live events
- Ensure brand standards and campaign goals are maintained
- Work weekends as part of the campaign schedule
- Support smooth operations across multiple event activations
Requirements
- Must be local to the Hamptons area or nearby
- NYC commuters will not be considered for this role
- Previous experience in:
- Experiential marketing
- Promotions
- Event management
- Brand ambassador management preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills required
- Must be comfortable managing teams in live event settings
