Job Description
A live AI Expo event is now casting a professional emcee/host for a non-union production in Washington, D.C. This high-profile event brings together leaders from technology, government, and industry, and requires a confident, engaging host to guide audiences through panels, keynotes, and discussions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Host and introduce speakers, panels, and keynote sessions
  • Engage live audiences with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintain event flow and timing throughout programming
  • Collaborate with event staff and production team
  • Arrive early to rehearse and familiarize with stage setup

Requirements

  • All genders, ages 30–50
  • Strong public speaking and hosting experience
  • Confident stage presence with clear communication skills
  • Ability to manage live event energy and transitions smoothly
  • Local to Washington, D.C. or able to work as a local hire preferred

Compensation

  • $700 per day plus 10% agency fee
  • Additional reimbursement for gas, tolls, parking, and meals
  • Travel reimbursement available for talent within 2.5 hours of Washington, D.C.
