Wharton Tract

Wharton Tract, aka Paul Pirozzi, has traveled the world as an actor and musician. He took his name from the Pine Barrens of South Jersey where he lived and haunted those woods as a child. Wharton is a singer/songwriter and actor who has performed and played with some of the top Blues Artists in the world, such as Sonny Rhodes, Carey Bell, Junior Wells, and Ruth Wyand, backing them with Blues Harp. Wharton’s theater experience includes working with such greats as Jason Miller, Jules Tasca, and C.L. Williams. Currently, he is developing a performance space in Philadelphia and working with Dennis Moritz’s N1 Theater Company, producing and performing new original plays. His song, Man Among Men, is included in the soundtrack of the movie, Drink and be Merry, produced by Brenden Hubbard and directed by Adam Volerich.
