Cinema Story Productions is seeking talented freelance video editors to support a growing slate of projects across brand storytelling, commercials, and social content. This is a remote opportunity ideal for editors with strong narrative instincts and a polished, cinematic editing style.

Job Responsibilities

• Edit both short-form and long-form video content
• Create interview-driven story edits
• Produce content for commercials, ad campaigns, and social media
• Enhance videos with color correction, sound design, and motion graphics
• Collaborate closely with the production team to meet creative goals
• Optimize edits for social platforms (hooks, pacing, captions, trends)

Requirements

• Strong storytelling ability, especially with interview-based content
• Experience editing commercials, branded content, or social media videos
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
• Eye for pacing, composition, and cinematic quality
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
• Experience with motion graphics and sound design is a plus

Compensation

• Freelance (1099)
• Rate: Per project, based on experience
• Opportunity for ongoing work (~50+ hours/month to start)
