Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional runway training to developing models
- Coach talent on posing techniques and confidence-building
- Assist with fittings and preparation for fashion shows
- Guide models in developing strong stage presence and performance skills
- Support overall talent development and readiness for industry opportunities
Requirements
- Proven runway modeling experience
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and inspire new talent
- Based in or near New York City or Westchester preferred
- Passion for developing and elevating emerging models
