Posi Ayorinde

I’m a multidisciplinary creative working across music, movement, and visual storytelling. My work is shaped by my Irish and Nigerian background, pulling from lived experience to create something that feels honest, physical, and emotionally grounded. I move between disciplines; parkour, dance, music, and digital creation, using each one as a different way to communicate energy, story, and presence. Movement sits at the core of what I do. I train consistently, combining parkour with swimming, cycling, and recovery work, so I can stay sharp, controlled, and adaptable. The way I move carries into everything, whether that’s performing on camera, collaborating on a shoot, or building out visual ideas. It’s about awareness, timing, and intention rather than just aesthetics. Alongside that, I make music under the name Irish Mellow. My sound leans into something introspective and atmospheric, focused on emotion, rhythm, and storytelling. It’s where I process and translate experiences, and it feeds directly into how I approach visual and performance work. I’m interested in projects that sit slightly outside the obvious. Things that feel culturally aware, physically expressive, and creatively intentional. Whether it’s performance, content creation, or collaborative builds, I bring a mix of physical capability, creative instinct, and a strong sense of identity into the work.
