This Company Gives Their Employees Time Off To Watch ‘Game of Thrones’

You should definitely start for a new job because this company is giving their employees time off to watch Game of Thrones.

According to reports, a company is giving their employees a half-day off on April 24 so they can stay up late and watch the  . The tech company named +rehabstudio surprised their UK employees earlier this week when they announced they would get next Monday morning off to watch Game of Thrones. From NYPost:

The half-day is now included in the company’s official holiday policy in its handbook, which was shared on LinkedIn by London operations Emma Willis.

“We’re always trying to look after our guys and make sure we’re giving them the best environment and social as well,” said the company’s founding partner Tim Rodgers.

Apparently it’s helping the company too. There’s a 20% increase in job applications this week following the Game of Thrones perk.

Season 6 is based on Game thrones is based on the unreleased sixth novel of the A Song of Ice and Fire book , The Winds of Winter, including with a significant amount of material from the fourth and fifth , A Feast for Crows and A with Dragons. HBO features  which run concurrently but follow different sets of characters. The new season premieres on April 24, 2016.
