I am former U.S. Army Black Hawk Crew Chief who knows how to perform under pressure— Serving on the flight line taught me discipline, resilience, and the ability to stay calm when everything around her is moving fast. Off the aircraft, I bring that same strength and determination into my everyday life. I am passionate about fitness, believe in pushing limits, and live with a mindset that growth happens outside the comfort zone. At my core, though, I am warm, loyal, and deeply family-driven. Time with my dogs and loved ones keeps me grounded and reminds me why I work so hard. I am the kind of person who leads with both heart and grit—someone who can handle challenges head-on but still shows up with authenticity, compassion, and a quiet confidence that draws people in.
