Job Description

A leading global women’s fashion brand is seeking a full-time, on-site Content Creator to join its marketing team in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. This role is ideal for a trend-savvy digital creative who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram and thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment.

The selected candidate will create engaging, on-brand social media content across paid and organic channels while bringing the brand’s personality to life through innovative storytelling and video production.

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok across paid and organic campaigns

• Manage creative concepts end-to-end, showcasing fashion collections, influencers, and in-store experiences

• Bring brand personality to life through short-form video content

• Stay ahead of social media trends and incorporate them into daily content

• Report insights and performance trends to the marketing team

• Assist in developing strategies to optimise content and grow engagement

• Support on-site and off-site photoshoots with the creative team

• Present and capture content at in-person events, activations, and influencer gatherings

Requirements

• 1–3 years of marketing or social media experience

• Strong TikTok and Instagram video editing skills

• Deep understanding of viral trends, transitions, and platform updates

• Confident, bubbly personality comfortable appearing on camera

• Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment

• Ability to work full-time on-site
