Job Description

A beauty brand is casting female-identifying models for a DevaCurl Virtual Curly Hair Styling Event. Selected talent will participate in a one-day virtual styling session focused on wash-and-go techniques and styling for natural curly hair.

Models will be direct booked based on photos, selfies, and social media presence. This is a paid opportunity for individuals with textured hair who meet the specified curl and styling requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-day virtual curly hair styling event

• Showcase wash-and-go styling techniques

• Follow stylist direction during the virtual session

• Represent the brand professionally during the event

• Be available for the full scheduled timeframe (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Requirements

• Female-identifying talent (including non-binary / androgynous / trans)

• Ages 18–40

• All heights and sizes

• Curl patterns 3C–4C

• Natural hair colors and lengths

• No models under 18

Hair Requirements:

• Wash & Go styling only (no cuts or color services)

• No extensions, wigs, or hair pieces

• No shaved, buzzed, or bald heads

Model Types:

Type 1 – Color Treated Hair

• Any color or highlights

• No obvious roots or drastic regrowth

Type 2 – Virgin Hair

• No artificial color

• No relaxer services

Compensation Details

• $900 flat rate

• One-day virtual event
