About:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts at Worcester State University (Expected 2027), I bring a diverse background that blends creative development with technical precision and disciplined leadership experience. I previously earned an Associate in Business Administration (2020) and a Medical Office Certificate (2019) from Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, MA. My professional foundation was built through honorable service in the United States Navy as a Machinist Mate (E-4) from January 2015 to August 2018. During my three years of active duty, I inspected, maintained, and troubleshot critical machinery systems, conducting over 800 equipment and system validations. Recommended by two supervisors, I was entrusted with departmental administrative duties, increasing workflow output by more than 75% while maintaining 100% accountability and minimal discrepancies. I served aboard the USS Blue Ridge (LCC-19), command ship for the U.S. Seventh Fleet, where I worked as a departmental Yeoman and Engineering Training Team member. In July 2018, I was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal in recognition of professional excellence and leadership. In addition to military service, I completed a 168-hour internship as an Office Aide at Reliant Medical Group in Worcester, MA, where I organized projects, maintained filing systems, coordinated communications for support groups, and managed medical supply storage. I am also certified in Chelant Basic & Boiler Water/Feedwater Test and Treatment Supervision, qualified to conduct quantitative analysis, interpret system trends, and ensure accurate documentation under both normal and high-stakes conditions. As a developing visual artist, my work was featured in Currents 25 at the Mary Cosgrove Dolphin Gallery at Worcester State University (Worcester, MA) in 2025, where I exhibited Mod Mood, an acrylic on canvas piece. My artistic skills include painting, drawing, sculpting, printmaking, illustration and cross media. Bilingual in Vietnamese and recognized for adaptability, critical thinking, attention to detail, and morale-building leadership, I bring resilience, discipline, and creative vision to every project I undertake. More than willing to adapt to the role i.e. removal of facial piercings.
