‘The Walking Dead’ is Filming Out of Order to Stop Spoilers

Date:

The Walking Dead season 7 is currently filming out of order to stop spoilers from leaking online and revealing who is killed off.

The highly controversial Walking Dead season six finale is over and millions of people all over the world are wondering who was killed off from the hit zombie-drama. But, The Walking Dead producers are taking extra precautions to keep the ending a secret. After social media revealed that Steven Yeunn was in South Korea filming Okja, special effects head Greg Nicotero told IGN that they were shooting the scenes out of order, to throw people off. So someone being seen or not seen on set no longer means what it once did.

However, according to The Spoiling Dead Fans, set spies have reported seeing the following characters so far:

  • Andrew Lincoln (Rick)
  • Chandler Riggs (Carl)
  • Norman Reedus (Daryl)
  • Michael Cudlitz (Abraham)
  • Josh McDermitt (Eugene)
  • Danai Gurira (Michonne)
  • Ross Marquand (Aaron)
  • Steven Yeun (Glenn)
  • Sonequa Martin-Green (Sasha) on set.

Interesting enough, the only people left from that list are Lauren Cohan who plays Maggie and Christian Serratos who plays Rosita. But, if Nicotero is to be believed, they could be filming other scenes with Glenn, Maggie and Rosita at a later time.

At this point we have no idea, and nobody really knows. The only people that do know have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements and would rather keep it a secret than get sued for millions upon millions of dollars and who can blame them.
