Zal Jones

I’m a UK-based actor and professional musician from Hastings. I’ve spent over a decade performing internationally as a session and touring drummer, appearing at venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Abbey Road Studios, working with major artists, and performing regularly on television and in theatre productions. Alongside my music career, I work extensively in TV and film and have appeared in high-end productions for the BBC, Netflix, Disney, HBO, National Geographic, and Warner Bros. My credits include House of the Dragon, Heartstopper, Silent Witness, Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light, The Gold, Silo, and Call the Midwife, as well as Warner Bros’ Wuthering Heights and BBC’s Horrible Science. My background in live performance brings strong timing, physical awareness, and confidence to screen work, particularly across period and contemporary drama.
