Christophe Monplaisir

Christophe Monplaisir is a Franco-British actor. After training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, Christophe was recommended to the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland by his tutor, Alan David. Since graduating from RCS, he's acted in plays and short films and played the antagonist in an Amazon Prime feature film: The Nutcracker Massacre. He's also a trained voice-over artist with a home studio and a commercial actor and a gamer: Skyrim, World of Warcraft, Assassin's Creed, God of War, Ghost of Tsushima. Played all kinds of games for the past 20 years. His quiet, intimate and educated voice and intense eyes are well-suited to playing figures of authority and villains. He's also a scriptwriter and has sent his first script to the Raindance Short Script Competition in 2024. He's also a professional wild plant forager, a specialist in wilderness survival skills, and trained in Japanese martial arts.
