O’Shea Lamar

O’Shea is a versatile actor-musician, trained at the Guildford School of Acting, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Acting in 2025. Known for his strong physical presence and musicality, he works across stage, screen, and research-based theatre. A highly skilled actor-musician and singer, he specialises in baritone vocals with strengths in gospel, R&B, and reggae, and plays guitar, bass guitar, tenor saxophone, and drums, alongside songwriting and original creative work. His training includes Meisner Technique, Laban, mask, physical theatre, and comedy. O’Shea is a native English speaker with native Multicultural London English (MLE) and a high standard across American (Standard, Southern States, African American), RP, Heightened RP, Cockney, Jamaican, Galway, Birmingham, and London accents. Physically confident and athletic, he is highly skilled in basketball, football, and athletics, with experience in boxing, callisthenics, and swimming, and holds a full UK driving licence.
