Job Description
A remote-first production team is seeking UGC creators to produce short-form video content for established North American and European brands. This casting call is open to creators who can deliver fast, engaging, Gen Z–style videos optimized for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. No on-camera appearance is required, and all content will be filmed using an iPhone.
Creators selected for this opportunity will work within a structured system that provides clear creative briefs, reference materials, and access to AI tools to streamline scripting and editing. This role is ideal for creators looking for consistent remote work with performance-based earning potential.
Job Responsibilities

Produce 1–3 short-form videos per project following provided briefs

Recreate reference content accurately and efficiently

Film vertical videos (15–30 seconds) using an iPhone in HD

Use provided AI tools to assist with scripting and/or editing

Submit content for review, revisions, and final approval

Implement feedback quickly and accurately

Deliver high-performing content eligible for performance bonuses
Requirements

Strong understanding of Gen Z–style TikTok and Instagram Reels content

Ability to follow creative instructions in English

Access to an iPhone capable of HD video recording
