A well-established modeling and talent agency is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Talent Agent to support commercial, print, and on-camera bookings. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a roster of talent

• Submit talent for commercial, print, and on-camera opportunities

• Negotiate bookings, rates, and contracts

• Communicate with casting directors, clients, and production teams

• Support talent growth and career strategy

• Maintain accurate records and submission tracking

Requirements

• Prior experience in talent representation, casting, or agency work preferred

• Strong knowledge of the commercial and print industry

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

• Passion for the entertainment and modeling industry
