Non-Union Low-Budget Web Series – Crew Positions

Job Description
A low-budget, non-union web series is hiring experienced crew members for an upcoming production. This project is seeking reliable, hands-on professionals to support a multi-day shoot for an independent web series. Crew members will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth daily operations throughout filming.

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily production needs within assigned department

• Collaborate with department heads and crew to maintain efficient workflows

• Assist with setup, breakdown, and on-set operations

• Maintain professionalism during all prep and shoot days

Requirements

• Non-union crew members

• Availability for 12 weekday shoot days

• Comfortable working on a low-budget independent production

• Prior experience in the applied crew role preferred

• Roles available include:

  • Transport Coordinator / Shuttle Driver (production vehicle)

  • Craft Service Supervisor

  • Gaffer

  • Swing (2 positions)

  • Key Grip

  • Set Production Assistant

Compensation

• Transport Coordinator / Shuttle Driver: $300/day

• Craft Service Supervisor: $300/day

• Gaffer: $320/day

• Swing: $300/day

• Key Grip: $320/day

• Set Production Assistant: $250/day
