Christina Palen

I’ve appeared on shows for the Outdoor Channel, Sportsman’s Channel, and other adventure-focused networks. I modeled professionally. I’m a former professional three-gun competitor with expert-level proficiency in shotgun, pistol, and long-range rifle shooting. I’ve served as a firearms instructor, including training on machine guns. I ride quads, dirt bikes, and horses/mules. I ski, snowboard, skydive, scuba dive, and free dive. I’m experienced in heavy machinery, and welding. I’ve lived abroad, am well-traveled, completed classic vehicle restorations. I’ve built, assembled firearms and reloaded ammunition. Physically, I’m strong, agile, and combat-capable—even as a below-the-knee left-leg amputee. I run, jump, kick, I’ve trained in jiu-jitsu, hand-to-hand combat. I have medical training, currently practice taxidermy as a hobby. I’m a mother of grown children. I’m of European descent.
