George Patterson

George Patterson (stage name Tony Jay) is a Bronx-born performer whose passion for entertainment has shaped his life from an early age. Born December 21, 1985, and raised in the Bronx, New York, George discovered his love for performing while growing up in one of the most culturally vibrant places in the world. A graduate of Adlai E. Stevenson High School’s performing arts program, he spent his formative years studying acting and performing in numerous stage productions, developing the foundation that continues to fuel his work today. Over the years, George has brought his talent to some of the most respected stages in the New York area, including performances connected to venues such as Madison Square Garden, Lincoln Center, and the MetLife Theater, along with appearances across many venues throughout the Tri-State area. He has also had the honor of performing at Harlem’s world-famous Apollo Theater and appearing on national television—experiences that helped sharpen his stage presence and deepen his commitment to the craft. As Tony Jay, George is also an emerging R&B recording artist, singer, and songwriter with music available on major platforms including iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play, and Amazon. While music is a major part of his artistic identity, acting has always been at the heart of everything he does. He naturally blends storytelling, emotion, and performance into every project, whether on stage, on screen, or in the studio. Now at a new chapter in his career, George Patterson is focused, driven, and ready to bring his talent to a wider audience. Known for his dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic, he approaches every opportunity—large or small—with professionalism and passion.
