Richard Westmoreland

Richard (“Renny”) Westmoreland is a talented 6th-grade actor, singer, and performer. Renny was most recently seen in November and December 2025 as Randy in “A Christmas Story” at the Gilbert Theater in Fayetteville, NC, where his physical comedy skills had a chance to shine. Prior to the role of Randy, Renny was on stage at the Cape Fear Regional Theatre as an Oompa Loompa in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, dancing and singing throughout the show. He was also Ollie Herdman in “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” at Cape Fear Regional Theatre in 2023 and 2024. He has additional experience speaking, singing, and playing the piano. Renny recently placed third in the MT2a Category as a solo vocalist in the NC NATS competition in November 2025, and he will submit a video for the regional competition in March 2026. Offstage, Renny loves Lego, Star Wars, music, fishing, documentaries, and military history. He hopes to expand his experience with voiceovers, commercials, and other role opportunities.
