‘Criminal Minds’ Guest Actor Steals $60k From Lead Actor, Shemar Moore

Less than 24 hours after Criminal Minds star Thomas Gibson made international headlines for kicking a writer, his former co-star Shemar Moore is making headlines.

According to Fox News, an actor who guest starred on the CBS hit TV series  Minds, was sentenced on charges that he stole more than $60,000 from actor Shemar Moore.

Moore, who played FBI agent Derek Morgan for 11 seasons, and guest actor Keith Tisdell appeared on two episodes together and later became friends. Tisdell was arrested in January on suspicion of embezzlement and later admitted to grand theft. Tisdell was sentenced to probation and 45 days of manual labor. According to the Los Angeles TimesTisdell will end up in jail if he does not pay back the money and stay out of trouble for the next years. However, if he is able to pay Moore back and not violate his parole, Moore will able to get this expunged from his criminal record.

According to reports, Tisdell became involved with Moore’s retail company Baby Girl LLC, which gives a portion of their earnings to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

“I’ve done a lot for him because he had me, my friends fooled,” Moore said in court, according to the LA Times. “I’m not here for money. I’m here because he betrayed a friendship. This is not OK. You don’t do this to .”

According to Tisdell’s IMDB page, Keith Tisdell was born in Denver, Colorado. Tisdell attended Northwestern State University of Louisiana in hopes of becoming a child psychologist but, became an actor after attending an open . He would later move to City to become a model. He later joined the Tupu Kweli Theatre Company in Harlem, . He has appeared in several TV shows including OZ, Law & Order SVU and Criminal Minds. Tisdell has also appeared in several popular including Brown .

It’s important to add that just a few weeks ago, the show’s was let go after a scathing report revealed how the show’s casting director charged for “acting workshops”, which were reportedly illegal and against the Los Angeles Krevorkian Act.
