Job Description
A non-union independent short film is casting supporting and background roles for a story centered around Ash, a biracial sorority girl navigating identity and belonging within her university’s Greek life. When racist images appear at a house party, Ash is confronted with the realities of her environment and her place within it. Filming will take place in Richmond, VA from December 2–6, 2025.
Job Responsibilities

Perform in scripted scenes and party environments

Support the story through natural, grounded performances

Follow direction from the director and production team

Work collaboratively with cast members and background performers
Requirements
Supporting Roles:

Shawn – White male. Lovable “giant” fraternity brother; joyful and friendly. $100/day.

Parker – Asian male. Wise-cracking college student with charm and good intentions. Must be comfortable holding or smoking prop joint. $100/day.

Erika – Black female. Featured extra; a college student charmed by a fraternity brother. Half-day role on 12/3. $50 flat.

Compensation
