‘Diary of a Wimpy Kid’ Atlanta Extras Casting Call for a Country Fair Scene

Date:

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul is now casting extras for a country fair scene in Atlanta.

Rose Locke Casting is looking for actors, models, and talent to appear in the new Diary of a Wimpy Kid movie, The Long Haul. Filming will take place in Atlanta, Georgia starting this October 5th. There are a ton of roles available including musicians, kid actors, and a ton of featured roles.

About Diary of a Wimpy Kid:

The series started off online on Funbrain.com in 2004 and made its print debut in April of 2007. There are now more than 150 million copies of Diary of a Wimpy Kid books available in 51 editions and 45 languages. The adventures of a teenager who is fresh out and in Middle School, where he has to learn the consequences and responsibility to survive the year.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul centers around a family road trip is supposed to be a lot of fun . . . unless, of course, you’re the Heffleys. The journey starts off full of promise, then quickly takes several wrong turns. Gas station bathrooms, crazed seagulls, a fender bender, and a runaway pig—not exactly Greg Heffley’s idea of a good time. But even the worst road trip can turn into an adventure—and this is one the Heffleys won’t soon forget.
