Disney is now casting lead roles in Chicago, Illinois.
Disney is headed to Chicago to cast the upcoming feature film A Wrinkle in Time, which is directed by Ava Duvernay (Selma, Queen Sugar) and she is now seeking children for the lead roles in “A Wrinkle in Time”.
Simon Casting is looking for teen actors ages 14 to 17 to play a character who is Latino. According to the casting call, the character is “HANDSOME, athletic, genuinely sweet and caring, a decent young man who effortlessly does the right thing. The popular kid in school with a bright future.”
Auditions start on the week of October 10th in Chicago, Illinois.
About A Wrinkle in Time:
A Wrinkle in Time centers around the story of a young girl who goes on an adventure in order to find her missing scientist father. Published in 1963, L’Engle won the coveted Newberry Medal.
