Tahnia Naveed

Tahnia Naveed is a South Asian/East African actor based in Toronto, ON. With a background in dance, drama, and martial arts, she is passionate about exploring new opportunities in the industry and bringing meaningful representation to the screen. For over a decade, Tahnia has pursued various creative outlets, training in diverse dance styles including Bollywood, Afghan, and hip hop. She has also studied drama, developing skills in mime, improvisation, and stage performance, and gained stage experience through secondary school theatrical productions. Alongside her artistic pursuits, Tahnia has gained over 1000 hours of clinical experience at renowned hospitals across the Greater Toronto Area. With a broad range of experiences, she is passionate about telling stories that reflect diverse perspectives and is open to opportunities that allow her to grow as a performer and contribute meaningfully to every project she joins.
