Filming will take place in Adelaide in January 2026. The project follows Noah, a young man whose passion for drumming has faded under the pressures of adulthood until a chance at redemption reignites his spirit.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver emotionally grounded performances that align with the film’s dramatic tone

  • Collaborate with the director and team to bring authenticity and depth to each scene

  • Participate in rehearsals and scheduled filming days in Adelaide

  • Embody the emotional themes of ambition, resilience, and transformation

Requirements

  • Danny (Male presenting, 40s–50s): A bitter, manipulative supermarket manager who views himself as a savior for employing Noah. Controlling, condescending, and intimidating—he represents the trap Noah fears he can’t escape.

  • Sandy (Female presenting, 30s–40s): A senior moderator at a music academy. Professional, composed, and commanding, she symbolizes opportunity and legitimacy beyond Noah’s current life.

  • Performers from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including First Nations, people of color, LGBTQIA+ artists, and performers with disabilities.
