Amna Awad

Hello! My name is Amna, I'm 18, and I'm a Palestinian actress residing in Palestine. I possess a strong, dynamic stage presence and a great love for acting. I started acting in school plays when I was in fourth grade, and then joined a theatre group and learned hands-on experience with performing and character work. I also train on my own, constantly trying to improve and learning from people around me who have acting experience . I love doing comedic work, emotional dramatic work, and anything family related heart and personality based character but am open to do new characters and roles and this is what acting is all about trying new things. My first language is Arabic, and I speak English fluently. I can also speak Turkish and some Korean, which enables me to learn various roles and spectators. I have a musical background. I studied and I am a drum player and I've been a Muay Thai fighter for several years, so I'm comfortable with movement, control, and physical performance. Acting is where I feel most at home, full of life and alive and I relish every opportunity to learn and bring new characters to life.
