Ivanka Trump’s jewelry company under fire for wearing a $10K bracelet on ‘60 Minutes’

Is Ivanka Trump in trouble? Ivanka Trump’s company faced heavy backlash for wearing  a $10,000 bracelet that the future first daughter wore on “60 Minutes,” which many people are saying was a shameless plug for her jewelry company.

 A “fashion alert” was distributed to media organizations by Monica Marder, vice president of sales for Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry, advertising the lavish piece.

The bracelet is from Ivanka’s Metropolis Collection, which is priced from $8,800 to $10,800.

The company underwent public backlash for trying to make money off the election results through the CBS interview.

“This notification was sent by a well-intentioned marketing employee at one of our companies who was following customary protocol,”Abigail Klem, president of the company, told NBC News.
