Prince’s record label sues ‘s over

Prince’s record label NPG has filed a against Jay Z’s label Roc Nation over streaming the late ‘s on Tidal without the record label’s permission.

According to reports, Jay Z’s streaming company has allegedly been streaming all of Prince’s music illegally since June 2016.

TMZ reports that before Prince’s death, NPG signed an agreement with Roc Nation allowing Tidal to stream one album, “Hit N Run: Phase 1.”
