Doug Davidson is a designer, educator, and craftsman based in Southern California. As the founder of CANVASWORKER® and Creative Director of The Brown Buffalo®, he’s spent over 25 years designing and handcrafting bags, travel goods, and technical soft products for global brands like Nike, The North Face, and Apple. With his distinctive look, calm presence, and authentic hands on skills, Doug brings real craftsmanship and storytelling to screen. Whether portraying a workshop artisan, creative mentor, or rugged craftsman, he embodies authenticity and experience, not performance. Comfortable on camera, Doug has been featured in documentaries, interviews, and brand films, and continues to merge design, education, and cinematic storytelling through his craft.
