A television production is urgently casting a male violinist for a size replacement role in a period-style project filming at a historic location. This role requires authentic violin-playing ability, as real performance skills are essential for on-camera realism. The production is seeking a professional, reliable performer who can commit to all scheduled shoot dates.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform violin-playing on camera with authentic technique

• Participate in fittings and rehearsals as required

• Follow direction from the production and costume teams

• Maintain continuity across multiple shoot days

Requirements

• Male violinist

• Height between 5’8”–5’11”

• Chest: 38–42 inches

• Waist: 33–37 inches

• Shoe size: UK 8

• Real violin-playing experience required (miming only, but must look authentic)

• Clean-shaven or moustache only

• No visible tattoos

• No facial or non-removable piercings

• Available for all scheduled fitting and shoot dates

• Able to work on location in Berkeley, UK

Compensation

• Equity rate

• Daily rate: £109.89

• Holiday pay: £13.26

• Travel allowance: £10 per shoot day

• Additional compensation based on performance and skill

This paid background opportunity is looking for one couple in their 30s and one couple in their 40s who are comfortable portraying romantic moments on camera, including snogging and touching, with implied swinging (no nudity). Couples will work as paired talent for continuity and authenticity in a professional set environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Appear as a real-life couple in intimate party background scenes

• Portray natural affection on camera (kissing, touching, close interaction)

• Follow direction for blocking, timing, and continuity

• Maintain professionalism during sensitive, performance-based scenes

Requirements

• Real-life couples only: one couple in their 30s and one couple in their 40s

• Comfortable with snogging, touching, and implied swinging (no nudity)

• No visible tattoos (declare any tattoos)

• No facial or non-removable piercings

• Men: clean-shaven or moustache only

• Women: no obvious fillers

• No fake nails, lashes, or hair extensions

• Must be available for fitting and scheduled shoot days
