‘X-Men’ Stuntman Passes Away at 27

Trevor Habberstad, a stuntman and who worked on several X-Men  including, X-Men: Days of Future Past and X-Men: Apocalypse, died on Sunday after a battle with . He was only 27.

X-Men director remembered Habberstad as a hard worker.

“Trevor was a #stuntcoordinator in his own right and would have gone on to become one of the greats. His skill, commitment to safety and work ethic was second to none. In my 20-year , I have never a friend/colleague this way. He and his entire family are among the kindest people I have ever met. My heart goes out to them. His passing is the very definition of the word UNFAIR,” Singer wrote on Instagram.

Habberstad was working in when he started complaining of pains in his stomach. Doctors initially thought he had appendicitis but later diagnosed him with gastric cancer, his Jeff Habberstad, told reporters. The family was initially optimistic until doctors told them that the cancer had spread to his brain.

Trevor has worked in several films including Doctor Strange, Ant-Man and Passengers.

But his work is EVERYWHERE throughout every film he has done.
