Central Casting is now hiring background extras to work on scenes for the new ABC TV pilot starring Reba McEntire in Atlanta, Georgia. Casting directors are casting a ton of roles including rural county cars, bikers, beauty queens, cowboys and more.
About the ABC TV Pilot:
According to Deadline, the untitled project stars Reba McEntire as Ruby Adair, the sheriff of colorful small town Oxblood, KY, who finds her red state outlook challenged when a young FBI agent of Middle Eastern descent is sent to help her solve a horrific crime. Rose will play Vonda Jean, County Coroner for the small town and former pageant runner-up. In addition to McEntire, she joins previously cast Jack Coleman, Ben Esler, Natalie Hall and Saidah Ekulona.

Here are the categories we are concentrating at this time. More casting notices coming soon!
RURAL COUNTRY VEHICLES – We are looking for cars are trucks who have lots of CHARACTER! We need, beater trucks, 4×4 trucks, cars that are NOT nice or new. These are types of vehicles you would see in a small rural town. Please submit a photo of your vehicle for consideration.
BIKERS – We are looking for men and women who have REAL Biker looks and attire. We are even casting for MOTORCYCLES. If this is you please submit a photo of yourself in front of or on your bike for consideration.
TEEN BEAUTY QUEENS – We are looking for girls 15-17yrs. who have beautiful pageant looks. Please submit a photo of yourself with full pageant hair and make up in your best attire for consideration.
BATON TWIRLERS – We are look for girls 12-16yrs who are EXPERIENCED baton twirlers. Please send a photo in your best performance outfit and baton for consideration.
COWBOY DAD AND TODDLER – We are looking for a REAL daddy and child duo. Dad should be in his 30’s-40’s and able to portray a cowboy. The child should be 8-24 months to hold on his hip. Please submit a photo of the tow of you together for consideration.
