Job Description
A leading entertainment production is casting male-identifying dancers based in Europe to join high-energy live performances aboard the Color Magic cruise ship. This is a unique opportunity for professional dancers to perform in brand-new shows while enjoying excellent travel perks and work-life balance. The contract offers alternating one-month-on, one-month-off scheduling across a full year.
Job Responsibilities

Perform choreographed routines in multiple stage productions aboard the ship

Rehearse and maintain show quality throughout each performance month

Collaborate with creative directors and fellow cast members

Deliver consistent, high-impact performances for international cruise guests
Requirements

Must identify as male and be based in Europe

Professional dance training and strong stage presence

Comfortable with shipboard living and performance schedule

Must be available from September 2025 to September 2026
Compensation

Competitive contractor terms as Guest Entertainer (not crew)

Private cabin provided onboard

One month performing, followed by one month off, for a full contract year

No crew drills, duties, or IPM obligations
