A new project is seeking experienced casting producers and casting associates to join the team for a 4–6 week run. This opportunity is perfect for professionals with a strong background in story-driven interviews and unscripted storytelling. The production is focused on capturing authentic voices, and team members should have excellent research and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth, story-driven interviews with potential talent

• Collaborate with the creative team to identify compelling storylines

• Assist in casting decisions by presenting strong candidate profiles

• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and casting logistics

• Ensure all interviews align with the production’s creative direction

Requirements

• Prior experience as a casting producer or associate in unscripted or docu-style projects

• Strong storytelling instincts and interview techniques

• Ability to manage multiple candidates and stay organized

• Availability for a 4–6 week engagement starting late May or early June

Compensation

• Competitive rate based on experience (TBD)

• Professional credit and experience on a story-centric production

• Full-time temporary role for the duration of the project
