Job Description
A new campaign film is seeking real, inspiring women and girls who embody the power of movement in their everyday lives. This project will celebrate diverse ways women stay active—from walking and yoga to swimming, dance, and team sports—while highlighting their unique routines at home, work, and in their communities. The production aims to showcase authentic energy, movement, and connection in real life, not just the gym.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1 to 2 day lifestyle video or photo shoot

• Be filmed or photographed engaging in daily routines and preferred forms of physical activity

• Represent the campaign’s message with natural, expressive energy

• Share your real story and everyday activities through an empowering lens

Requirements

• Women and girls ages 18 to 74

• All ethnicities, body types, and abilities welcome

• Especially seeking participants from lower-income households

• Comfortable being filmed in home, work, or outdoor environments

• Open to gentle or high-energy activity (e.g., walking, water aerobics, Zumba, Pilates, online workouts, strength training, team sports)

Compensation

• Photography only: £750

• Filming for 1–2 days: approx. £3,000

• Usage includes in-perpetuity rights for paid and organic channels including TV, digital, out-of-home, PR, and the company’s internal image bank
