Child Cello Player for Film Project
Job Description
A film production is seeking a child cello player to appear in a scene requiring authentic musical performance. Talent will be featured portraying a musician, either playing or mimicking cello performance with realism and confidence.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform or mimic cello playing on camera
- Follow direction from the production team
- Maintain consistent performance across takes
- Work collaboratively with cast and crew
Requirements
- Any gender, any ethnicity
- Ages 11–13
- Experience playing cello preferred
- Comfortable on camera
- Based in or able to work in Pittsburgh
Compensation
- $400 for 12 hours
- Additional $50 for instrument
- Professional film set experience
Casting Boy to Ride Bike in Feature Film
Job Description
A feature film is seeking a boy between the ages of 10 and 13 for a special background role involving bike riding. This director-selected scene will feature a young male character riding his own bike. It’s a great opportunity for kids with on-set potential and comfort in front of the camera. The shoot will follow child labor laws and require full-day availability.
Job Responsibilities

Appear on camera riding a personal bike in a featured background scene

Follow simple direction from the film’s director and crew

Remain on set for the full duration of the shoot within legal working hours for minors

Requirements
