Job Description
Seeking a dynamic host to lead CBC Kids morning block, online content, and live events for children ages 4-6. The ideal candidate will have a passion for performing, singing, playing an instrument, and comedy while engaging young audiences both on-screen and in person.
Job Responsibilities
- Host morning shows, online videos, and live events for CBC Kids
- Perform songs, comedy, and playful interactions to engage young audiences
- Collaborate with the production team to develop, pitch, and write scripts, songs, and digital content
- Present content authentically and energetically on camera
- Be a key creative contributor in shaping CBC Kids’ programming
Requirements
- Must be 18-30 years old
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Strong singing and performing skills required
- Ability to play an instrument is a plus
- Experience with children’s entertainment preferred
Compensation
- Full-time contract position (CMG Band 11)
