Shameless season 8 is now hiring casting tough women in Chicago, Illinois.
Showtime’ Shameless is now casting featured roles for an episode filming on Wednesday, August 2nd in Chicago, Illinois. Casting directors are casting the following types:
- TOUGH FEMALE:
Female, African American, Age Range: 21 – 45. We are looking for a rough and tough intimidating look!
About Shameless:
Shameless centers around Frank and when Frank’s not at the bar spending what little money they have, he’s passed out on the floor. But the kids have found ways to grow up in spite of him. They may not be like any family you know, but they make no apologies for being exactly who they are (Showtime).

TOUGH FEMALE:
Female, African American, Age Range: 21 – 45. We are looking for a rough and tough intimidating look!
If interested and available, please send an email to [email protected] with the following:
1) Please put in the role(s) you are submitting for in the subject line i.e TOUGH FEMALE
2) In the submission email include: name, age range, height, weight, measurements, city and zip, phone and email
3) Attach at least 2 recent candid photos of what you currently look like i.e. facial hair, hair color, hair style, etc. You MUST attach a close-up candid AND a full body in JPEG format. Make sure the photo is taken in decent lighting (no selfies), no sunglasses against a neutral background.
No glamour shots, No filters! We just want to see real looking and it’s very important to see how your skin tone matches!
*NOTE: Rename the title of your photos with your Full Name. You should do this with all your submission photos.
4) Please confirm you are available on Wed., 8/1
5) Please confirm your mode of transportation – uber, taxi, train, vehicle, etc.
6) Complete the master survey pinned to the top of the Facebook page.
