A stylized short film is seeking talented male and female dancers for a high-energy dream sequence set in a surreal, subway-inspired environment. This SAG micro-budget project will film in New York City during summer 2025 and offers a dynamic opportunity for performers looking to enhance their reel with bold, cinematic visuals. The sequence combines refined black-tie styling with expressive, avant-garde choreography reminiscent of Jungle’s music videos “Let’s Go Back” and “Better.”

Job Responsibilities

• Perform in a choreographed ensemble dance sequence

Requirements

• Male and female dancers, ages 20–40

• Strong background in movement and performance; all dance styles welcome

• Must be available to work on location in NYC for a 10-hour shoot day

Compensation

Casting Contemporary and Neo-Classical Dancers for 2025/2026 Season

A dynamic and growing dance project is seeking talented contemporary and neo-classical dancers for its upcoming 2025/2026 season. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a professional team in a creative environment where innovation and artistry are celebrated. Auditions will be held via video submission, allowing performers to showcase their talent from anywhere.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform contemporary or neo-classical choreography for the project

• Submit a short improvisation video (max. 3 minutes)

• Collaborate with choreographers on creative direction and movement

• Demonstrate versatility and professionalism throughout the season

Requirements

• Must submit a contemporary or neo-classical variation

• Improvisation video (up to 3 minutes) required

• Classical variation is optional

• Updated CV must be included

• Composition skills and pointe work are a plus

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mainz or surrounding area
