Anne Hathaway has been confirmed to star in her third Christopher Nolan movie, a mysterious new project set to release on July 17, 2026, under Universal Pictures. Hathaway shared her excitement with Women’s Wear Daily, saying, “It makes me feel like I’m doing something right.”
Hathaway first collaborated with Nolan as Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises and later played Dr. Amelia Brand in the critically acclaimed sci-fi epic Interstellar. “I love Chris and Emma Nolan so much, and to be invited into their world [is] one of the best places you can find yourself,” Hathaway said, referring to the director and producer duo Christopher and Emma Nolan. “Getting to be invited twice really felt like something. Three felt like it would’ve been greedy… and that it has [happened] makes me emotional.”
