RATE: STANDARD SAG COMMERCIAL RATE FOR LEG MODELS PER SESSION ($559.02) + 1 YEAR MADE FOR INTERNET FEE
SHOOT DATE: THURS., 10/5 AND/OR FRI., 10/6 – depending on role
LOCATION: CHICAGO
***All submissions MUST be a current member of SAG and in good standing in order to submit. Please list your SAG ID # in your submission. We are NOT accepting non-union talent submission.***
IMPORTANT NOTE – All talent will be filmed from the waist down emphasizing your legs, as this spot will be promoting the product – Kiwi Shoe Cleaner. Your face will not be seen on camera. You MUST provide the following in your submission email:
1) CURRENT headshot(s)
2) CURRENT close ups and full body shots of your legs from the waist down in shorts. We are looking for front and back photos of your legs.

2. Your name, phone number, current zip code, height, and weight. Men Sizes: suit jacket size, neck, sleeve, waist, inseam, and shoe size. Women Sizes: dress size, pants size, bra size, waist, hips, and shoe size.
3. Attach (2) two current photos, 1 close up and 1 full body taken in good lit lighting. Do not cover your face. No hats, no sunglasses, no filters, etc. Please attach a current professional headshot.
4. Please attach current photos of the front and back of your legs from the waist down in shorts.
5. Please include your SAG membership number and confirm that you are in good standing.
6. Confirm your availability on the shoot dates.
