Casting Call for Background Extras – NBC’s Chicago Med (Episode 1006)

Job Description: We are currently accepting submissions for general background roles for NBC’s Chicago Med, Episode 1006. We are looking for individuals of all genders and ethnicities, aged 18 and older, to portray various background characters. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a popular medical drama series filmed in Chicago.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray general background characters in various scenes set in and around the hospital.
• Follow directions from the production team to ensure smooth filming.
• Be available for the entire filming day if selected.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have graduated from high school.
• Should not currently be attending classes (as this could interfere with availability).
• Comfortable working as a background extra in a hospital setting.
• Must provide specific measurements and current photos (both headshot and full-length) to be considered.

Compensation Details:

• Pay Rate: $129.60 for up to 8 hours of work (flat rate).
• Overtime is paid at time + 1/2 after 8 hours.
• If your vehicle is used on set, there will be an additional $35 bump in pay (please note: no red or white vehicles).

Requirements:

• Must submit a recent, clear photo that accurately reflects your current appearance. Headshots or full-body photos are acceptable.
• Photos must be in good lighting, and no photo filters (such as Snapchat filters) are allowed. Filtered photos will not be accepted.
• Must be willing to commit to the required hours during filming.
